Bunny recommends Primrose Hill…both for the view, which is absolutely free, and for the pubs in the area. Also a prime location for some yoga and celebrity spotting :D Also, on your way down the park you may spot the giraffes of London Zoo just above the treetops :D

(also, you can run down the hill and pretend you’re the star in the Sound of Music…is more fun when in Germany or Austria tho…)

Pattabhi Jois passed away in May…Bunny had the privilege of joining a practice led by him a few years ago…and I would say he is good marketing for ashtanga vinyasa yoga (on the photo he is more than 90 years old). In the background his grandson Sharath who will be touring in London soon.

The best place to practice in London is at the Dharma Shala, lead by the lovely Hamish…even Madonna has used his services (to the great delight of Hamish’ dad who never thought anything would become of his son trekking back and forth to Mysore ;) )
