Skipton sheep spotting…

I feel the need….the need for speed!

Finally, the part that Bunny was waiting for at the Farnborough Air Showthe Red Arrows.

Airobatics

More to see at the Farnborough Air Show. Bunny loved the Blades and the Red Devils too…

Up in the Air…

Taking helispotting to the next level, Bunny spent the day at the Farnborough Air Show. To my great amusement, my mates were the most fascinated with the A380…what is it with boys and the size of toys, hmmm….?

Canals and rhubarb

Another trip to Skipton…playing it safe staying at the lovely Herriots again…and watching the World Cup canalside…not bad for a business trip, really…

Tourist Bunny

Bunny’s family came visiting…a great chance to revisit some of my favourite sights in London…

London Eye

St James Park

Tower Hill

Richmond Park

North Yorkshire again…

Another trip to Skipton….staying in the lovely Herriots Hotel once again and also having a lovely dinner at the Angel Inn in Hetton.

Bunny can’t get over the difference in view from her normal place of work, overlooking Gatwick Airport, and that of the Gargrave office, with bunnies running on the lawn…

Isle of Skye animals

Bunny and friends really enjoyed their stay at Isle of Skye…and not just because of the seafood, but also because of the funny animals…we did however not actually see the Heffalump

The thon…

So, Bunny watched her friend run the London Marathon…great location in Tower Hill, outside the Hung, Drawn and Quartered Public House, where they handed out free London Pride, and cheering for random runners was great fun :)

Perhaps the highlight was spotting Snoop Doggy Dog…or, was he just a regular policeman…? Guess we will never know…

After the return to town on a very packed tube I can easily image the runners’ relief when seeing Big Ben on the last mile of their journey….

Such a perfect day…

Bunny has always loved Primrose Hill, and this time around the trip there was as great, starting out with tea at the Waterside Cafe in Little Venice, and canal boat ride to Camden Lock and then some Pinot Grigio
