Light on life in London and the UK
Bunny is more and more in love with online shopping..this time checking out John Lewis for some work clothes…ordered Saturday, delivered Monday, 3 out of 5 great fit, easy returns…what’s not to like :D
Bunny is very disappointed with the autumn collection from Uniqlo…however, still loving my light flannel long sleeve tunic shirt…
…to see the news ads from HM, then seeing the actual clothes in store… Bunny is actually a fan of HM, however the autumn line is made of so poor quality fabrics that it is slightly unbelievable… Oh well, at least they had some decent basic pieces, which was what I was actually looking for.
And what’s this trend of models with a gap between their front teeth about…a retro Brigitte Bardot look?
Bunny has finally gotten around to reading David Mitchell’s Cloud Atlas…and I say finally, as it is probably one of the most amazing books I have ever read. The 6 different stories, the way they are bound together, the variation in language, style and plot… What can I say; read it yourself…
So, going up north again…this time staying at the Woolly Sheep Inn in Sheep Street in Skipton…crikey…throw in some sheep spotting with that…
Anyway, very good value for money; large and very quiet room, good restaurant and bar, friendly staff…and a free glass of wine inclcuded in the room rate. Bunny recommends.
Checking out El Pirata Detapas in Westbourne Grove…delicious tapas, however what really got us going was the bar menu…speak about liquid lunch
…at Gordon’s Winebar again…this label really made me smile
Part of the Flock to Skipton campaign. This is apparently the sheep of the desert… Not appreciated by everyone…
