Banana Republic

Kuromi maid and friendBunny loves People’s Republic in Clapham….check it out :D

Oops…

SaabSeems Saab is going bust

And the World is finally your Oyster…

Oyster…or London at least. Several papers report today that Oyster pay as you go will finally be valid on all London rail routes from 2nd of January 2010. Finally :D And good news after the tube map disaster!

Buongiorno Principessa

PrinciNot finding a knight in shining armour on your night out in Soho? Or just a tad peckish? Why not try Princi in Wardour Street…sort of an Italian McDonald’s -  except from that Rocco Princi is also known as‘the Armani of bread’. I loved my pizza swimming in cheese..but it was impossible to find a seat…

Post note: Went again – the olive bread sticks are a must try!!!

The paperless society

London LiteFriday the 13th turned out not to be a lucky day for London Lite, which announced that it was it’s final edition. With The LondonPaper caving in earlier this autumn, this leaves us with The Evening Standard as the only free evening paper… To be honest, travelling in to London from Kingston every afternoon I hardly ever see an evening paper anyway…now, what would be a drama was if Metro went bust…I need my daily hit of Nemi :D

Night in…

Kittys padBunny’s almost been having too much fun lately, so a night in was probably long overdue…gave me a good chance to look forward to Christmas. I will make sure to catch the lighting of the Norwegian x-mas tree on Trafalgar Square this year…and the brilliant fireworks in Battersea Park last weekend makes me hope that New Year’s Eve will be a good one too :D

Bus-Bunny

On the bus Battersea

The bus has a quite poor reputation in London – poor man’s transportation…but Bunny quite enjoys the view from the top of a double-decker bus…

And finally they have gotten rid of the stupid bendy “free buses” on route 38 have been replaced by shiny new double deckers…much more fun to be on the top in the front seat….

On the bus Chelsea

It’s a battle…

DSC03598So, Bunny is not quite sure how she ended up in St Leonard’s again and not in Hastings…seems I will never quite make it to Battle (which might be a good thing?)…found a pub NOT to recommend tho…what a horrible place!

The Railway Tavern

Satio-sfied :D

SE SatioYou won’t hear Bunny raving about technology often, but I love my new Sony Ericsson Satio :D

Just three words: 12 megapixel camera…

Also, being fairly anti-iPhone, this review made me smile :D

Happy to be stuck with you…

Cherry KuromiSo, having completed my list of 10 things I would not miss about London, I went on to my list if things I would have missed…

10 things I will miss

  1. Friends and colleagues

  2. The 24 hour store – that sells wine

  3. Pub prices

  4. All night piss ups on the cheap

  5. Food and retail prices

  6. Sunday shopping

  7. Richmond Park

  8. Bravissimo and Duo

..and then I really could not think of anything else…but I have got a few more to add now…
