Bunny thinks that one of the wackiest days in London – for Londoners – is the 17. May, Norways’ National Day. Who would expect a parade like this in poxy Southwark Park? There is also the opportunity to buy Norwegian sweets and drinks (non-alcoholic, that is ) The official programme is quite impressive, but better yet is the unofficial gathering of Norwegians in Punch & Judy, Covent Garden, where the balcony is filled with tall blondes of both sexes, all dressed up for the evening.
