Dancing policemen…?

One thing not to miss this summer is the carnival on the August bank holiday…apparently it is Europe’s largest street festival, as yes, you can actually see policemen dancing in the streets…they are also very friendly on the day, all providing directions and guidance for the visitors…. Travel on the day is always a bit of a problem, but Travel for London provide great guidance, and the best tip is to wear sensible shoes and bring lots of money for drinks Unfortunately (?) most shops are closed during the event, but the pubs are open….
