And while in the area why not have a bagel too…or check out the Swedish tradition of fika…

…is still a favourite…the heels on Bunny’s favourite boots were starting to wear down…and friendly Duo customer services offered to replace them, no questions asked
Now where else do you get that kind of service these days?

Bunny really recommends a trip down the Thames…lovingly referred to as a river cruise…you get to see all the sights, the bridges, Canary Wharf and the Millennium Dome, now referred to as the O2 Arena..great to combine with the London Eye too…and you can then find out what’s so mean about the time in Greenwich (with one foot on each side of the meridian line) :D
While in the area, Bunny enjoyed another lunch in the sun, this time at Alessandra Sandwich Bar…very nice and good service
Plus I got to watch half naked builders at work
I am a happy bunny when I can get the time to spend the day at the Schwartzkopf London Academy, trained hairdressers getting the latest updates on cuts and colours…and testing them out on us models.
Bunny spent a nice Tuesday there, and as an added bonus was lucky enough to witness the King’s troop of the Royal Horse Artillery on their way to execute the royal salute in Hyde Park for the Queens’ 83rd birthday…apparently Lizzie herself celebrated quite low key in Windsor Castle…

Bunny feels very Norwegian when it makes her happy to see Bik Bok on Oxford Street
Passing Stockwell, weird to see that they are still commemorating that unfortunate shooting incident… Bunny is however not a great fan of Travel for London these days after a recent complaint about closed gates at Piccadilly Circus on St Patrick’s Day…the reply suggested that she has confused the station with Oxford Circus..as if! (I was definitely NOT that drunk
) Just wish I had taken a photo as evidence…
…swan in Kensington Gardens
Beats the Diana Memorial, Peter Pan and Kensington Palace

If you don’t fancy a bagel while in Brick Lane, why not try out this Swedish place…fika is such a great word
Scandinavian Kitchen is a good central London alternative…
Fancy a smorgasbord while in central London…check out Scandinavian Kitchen.
Freshly made open sandwiches, decently priced, great selection and good fun picking out your favourites among the mad (and not so mad) Swedish options
For late night alternatives, you can always try the Nordic Bar (very good, but not so great location) or Madsen (in South Ken, yaaaa!)…or maybe you fancy just to Fika while in Brick Lane…
Then if all you want to do is get drunk Swedish style there is always the Ice Bar
